Friends & Family Training Program

Volunteer your home, get a free exterior clean

OutsidePros is training its technicians on real properties — and we'd love to practice on yours. In exchange for letting our team learn on your home, you'll receive a free exterior care service.

Fully insured & fully trained. Every OutsidePros technician is fully insured and completes all provincially mandated training before ever setting foot on a client's property. Your home — and the people in it — are in good hands.

Client experience training*

OutsidePros would like your help training the team on the client experience side of the job — the team will walk through the same interactions they'd have with a real client, treating you as if you were one. This takes about 10 minutes when the crew arrives and another 10 minutes when the work is finished. If you say yes, you'll need to be home for the visit and will be given a 2-hour arrival window in the confirmation email sent a few days before.
